What you will do 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join a newly built team within the Product area, created to maximize the experience of our users on the core features of the Product. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern, performant, and intuitive user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create experiences that make a difference for our users.  

You could be the right person if:  

• You love designing and developing web applications in an agile context using the latest technologies.
• You are careful to optimize application performance for speed and fluidity.
• By collaborating with UI/UX designers, you can transform wireframes and mockups into modular, scalable, and testable code.
• You have experience in independently managing the entire development cycle, from design to implementation, ensuring a constant dialogue with key figures such as Product Owners and design teams.
• You pay attention to documentation, testing, and quality assurance in every activity you do.
• You are able to identify problems in development processes and propose concrete and shareable solutions.
• You have gained experience with Vue.js.
• You’re familiar with TypeScript.
• You’re familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• You have experience with front-end testing tools (Jest).
• You have a good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

What you will do  

We are looking for a passionate Junior Front-End Developer who is eager to join a well-established team in the development area, which aims to provide our customers with innovative product information management (PIM) capabilities. In this role, you will begin your adventure at THRON followed by your more senior colleagues and gradually implement modern, high-performance and intuitive user interfaces. You’ll work with designers, product managers, and backend developers right away to create experiences that make a difference for our users. 

You could be the right person if:  

• You are passionate about developing web applications in an Agile context using the latest technologies. 
• You are careful to optimize application performance for speed and fluidity.
• You’re attracted to be able to collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and mockups into modular, scalable, and testable code.
• You want to learn how to work “properly”: documentation, testing and quality assurance will no longer be a secret to you!
• You like to identify problems in the development processes and have no problem proposing solutions.
• You like technologies like Vue.js, TypeScript, Git, Jest.

What you will do

You will join one of the most stimulating and dynamic areas of the THRON Valley: the Sales area!

In this regard

• you will use tools like email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and attend industry events to identify and reach potential clients;
• you will assist in the development and implementation of Outreach strategies to generate qualified leads;
• you will support the management and optimization of the lead generation process to maximize its effectiveness;
• you will create and send personalized and engaging messages to potential clients;
• you will help monitor and analyze the performance of Outreach campaigns;
• you will work closely with the Sales team to transfer qualified contacts;
• you will keep the lead and contact database updated in the company CRM;
• you will participate in weekly meetings with the team to discuss progress and strategies.

You might be the right person if

• you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• you are interested in pursuing a career in Sales and are passionate about client relationships;
• you know how to create personalized and relevant messages for potential clients;
• you have strong analytical skills aimed at monitoring the performance of commercial campaigns;
• you are proactive and able to work autonomously towards goals;
• you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What you will do

You will be joining one of the most exciting areas of THRON Valley: the Revenue area!

We are looking for a person to join our Customer Success team who is passionate about Saas and wants to work closely with customers to ensure their success.

In this regard

• you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention, maximising the value they get from the SaaS product, and helping to reduce churn rates and increase upsell opportunities;
• you will lead the onboarding of new customers, offering customised support in product configuration;
• you will monitor and analyse product usage to identify successes and opportunities for improvement;
• you will build trusting relationships with customers by being their main point of contact;
• you will resolve any customer issues in a proactive and timely manner;
• you will collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to improve THRON based on customer feedback;
• you will organise workshops and training sessions to optimise product utilisation;
• you will implement upsell strategies, increasing customer value.

You may be the right person if

• if you are naturally customer-oriented;
• if you know the Saas product and target market;
• if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as negotiation skills;
• if you are skilled in time management and apply analytical and problem solving thinking, with a strong ability to work on data;
